As the market-leading ICHRA platform, we have recently joined the Oak HC/FT portfolio, positioning us for accelerated growth. We are looking for a Financial Analyst Manager to take ownership of our FP&A processes, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, leadership potential, and experience in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FP&A function, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Oversee and refine financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and strategic planning.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to the CFO, executive leadership, and investors.
  • Manage financial reporting and ensure timely delivery of financial metrics and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set and track financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
  • Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration of acquired entities.
  • Potentially manage and mentor ajunior financial analyst or team.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

Experience & Skills:
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
  • Proven ability to communicate financial data to executives and private equity stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in a private equity or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
