You will be the Program Finance Analyst for the LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence, from proposal to closeout, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Finance Managers, Bus Ops Sr Manager (BMIT), and Program Management team in all aspects of Program Finance, including earned value management, financial planning and analysis, and program financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing program business and financial performance from proposal to closeout
Earned value management and reporting (IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR)
Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual Financial Forecasting of Orders, Sales, Profit, & Cash and Long Range Planning
Analysis and preparation of quarterly CSR positions and charts
Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures
Preparing, analyzing, and reporting/presenting program level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams
Supporting Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers Effectively communicating performance to leadership teams

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

- Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & Reporting;

- Program Finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis and Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasting

Desired skills

-Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments;

-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;

-Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;

-Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR);

-Working knowledge of Cobra;

-Experience and ability to interface with senior management;

-Experience as a team lead

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement
