Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a portfolio of programs
- Develop and present monthly reporting packages for senior leadership, providing insight into key performance indicators, variance analysis, and operational trends
- Support quarterly operating reviews, long-range planning, and ad hoc financial modeling aligned with strategic business goals
- Partner with program managers and functional leads to drive data-backed decision-making across the company
- Contribute to pricing exercises, program reviews, and corporate deliverables related to new business and growth efforts
- Assist with monthly accounting close processes related to portfolio programs
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 plus years of financial analysis experience in the GovCon space, including support for multiple contract types and government agencies
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate clearly with executive stakeholders
- Strong familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, and other enterprise tools
Location:
- Hybrid on-site (2 days a week) at our HQ office in Reston with travel to Hanover, MD once a week
