How You Will Contribute
- Perform the daily general ledger function and manage the revenue function including income tracking, grants tracking, and restricted donations
- Process accounts payable; post credit card transactions; conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Manage contract commitments and expenditures
- Process payroll and employee benefits
- Support the Executive Director in overall operations of the organization
- Support the Board of Directors including supporting the Finance Committee and Board Treasurer
- Oversee all office operations and maintain vendor relationships; identify and initiate areas of potential cost savings and efficiencies improvements
- Oversees the organization's IT vendor and other service providers.

Experience and Skills
About YOU!
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- 7+ years' relevant experience in a finance leadership role including annual audit and tax experience
- Experience working in financial management, budgeting and nonprofit financial processes and requirements
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Demonstrated ability to interact with a diverse Board of Directors
- Proven ability to build and nurture a diverse, respectful and positive working environment through formal and informal written and verbal communications
