Key Competencies:
The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

What you'll do
Financial & GAIN Steering (50%)
- Manage and monitor KPIs for procurement savings and cost impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the GAIN initiatives, driving the execution of savings projects to deliver measurable cost improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to analyze cost structures and identify optimization opportunities.
- Reporton financial outcomes and provide detailed analysis of cost impacts toleadership.
SustainabilityInitiatives & Metrics Steering (20%)
- Integrate sustainability goals into procurement strategies and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and track sustainability metrics, providing insights to improve environmental and social impacts across the supply chain.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives supporting carbon reduction, waste management, and other sustainability objectives.
Project& Leadership Management Support (30%)
- Provide leadership support in cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Organize and facilitate workshops to generate innovative savings ideas and enhance collaboration across teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to top management, offering actionable insights and updates on KPIs, savings, and project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement, finance, or cost management roles, with a strong focus on KPI tracking and savings initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills with a track record of engaging senior leadership.
- Experience with sustainability metrics and initiatives is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and project management.
