Connexus Hub is a professional services firm that works with Government Agencies and Fortune 500 customers. We are hiring for a Network Engineer o provide a broad range of support to the Technical Security Program.

Duties

• Timekeeping management
• Greet visitors, answering the main office phone, and taking messages as required
• Prepare, write, and edit a variety of correspondence, letters and memos
• Prepare, create, format, and edit spreadsheets, presentations, and charts
• Monitor and track the status of acquisitions
• Use Momentum software (USCP to provide Momentum documentation) and other software as required: fund execution, tracking, contract invoice tracking, Unliquidated Obligation (ULO) tracking
• Explain Federal budget requirements, Congressional budget actions, and relevant policies, directives, and regulations to supervisors and managers
• Apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Prepare documents and justifications related to contracting, travel and equipment
• Conduct fact finding, analysis and problem solving to gather facts, identify problems and recommend solutions. Communicate in writing guidance, policies, and procedures
• Brief management officials of various levels
• Communicate orally to negotiate purchases and to present technical information to a variety of audiences
• Write guidelines and instructive information to users and reports that succinctly summarize information on budget and program requirements (Internal Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures)
