Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary: The financial planning manager at HL MANDO R&D Center is responsible for planning of fixed asset investment and annual expense budget and controlling ordinary budget spending. The individual analyzes budget and expenses, and prepares monthly and annual financial summaries reflecting expenditures, budget balances and other financial data under general direction.

Key responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

• Analyze and report financial, sales and income statement to support management utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning
• CAPEX & Expense Planning & manage ordinary budget Control
• Manage ERP Budget & Cost Module
• Manage Monthly Closing
• Manage Meeting and various ad-hoc reports support at management request
• Manage Reduce expense & Cost by management.
• Manage Forecast annual budget and business plan

Qualifications:

• BA degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics)
• Minimum 7 years of previous or related experience in the planning or cost management
• Bilingual - Korean/American

Education and Experience:

• Must have broad, basic understanding of GAAP and IFRS

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, can drive things independently, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Working Conditions: This position typically operates in an office environment. Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or training sessions.
