Target Range: $34.39 ($71,523.42) to $42.99 ($89,404.27)*
*The target range for entry in a new position is between the minimum and midpoint of the range, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Summary
This position provides support to our investment representatives in the areas of administration, business processing, client services and office marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble, organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork. Communicate with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other forms.
- Perform administrative and support functions for the day-to-day office operations, including maintaining files, preparing correspondence, running reports, answering telephones, and scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Perform routine service requests for client (check/wire requests, address updates, direct deposits).
- Answer telephone inquiries from clients. Proactively resolve client issues and concerns by contacting home office and sponsor companies to resolve problems or errors as needed. Relay escalated problems to representative as appropriate.
- Ensure that regulatory and broker/dealer compliance requirements are met. Record all transactions on appropriate logs and blotters. Set up client files correctly and obtain necessary information. Obtain appropriate compliance approvals for communications with the public, seminars, advertising, etc.
- Provide marketing support for the office to include: sending marketing brochures to clients and prospects at direction of representative; following up on referrals, leads, prospects or clients with letters or notes signed by representative; handling unsolicited calls from prospects to schedule appointments or refer to representative; assisting in coordinating seminars or client appreciation events.
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours.
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 acceptable preferably a Series 7 & 66.
- A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
