Description:
The candidate will be hands-on supporting the respective business in accomplishing their strategic financial and business objectives. This position will be responsible for coordinating planning/forecasting and tracking business objectives by providing business intelligence and insightful information to monitor financial strategy. Key success factors for this role include teamwork, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to quickly adapt to changing business and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner across the finance organization with a focus on driving actions that improve the business performance
Assist with the annual business plan including operating, capital and financial components
Coordinate with the development and reporting of the business financial forecast
Evaluate assumptions, assess risks and understand variances vs. prior and vs. plan
Establish performance tracking process and KPI's for business
Partner with the business to support, educate, and track return metrics
Prepare external and internal presentations for business as needed
Benchmark company's financial and operating results against industry performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years in financial role, business development, or accounting role
Demonstrated capacity to handle diverse number of projects simultaneously
Strong ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team
Independent, inquisitive and a self-starter
Strong MS Office skills (i.e. PowerPoint and Excel)
Understanding of business intelligence tools
