Responsibilities
GLBA/AFI/AER's mission statement is to originate, structure, execute and follow up of commercial aircraft-secured financings.
Head of the Aviation Finance GLBA/AFI/AER desk for the AMER region in charge, for the assigned customers as per AER client wallet, of ensuring:
- Origination, submission of commercial offers under RFP and regular client contacts through office visits, participation to aviation industry conferences, etc... to maintain an up-to-date level of information on clients' needs and market trends and dynamics;
- Structuring, negotiating, getting internal credit approvals and implementing the aircraft financing transactions mandated by his client base (airlines and aircraft leasing companies), in cooperation with the other SG stakeholders in particular with the relevant coverage teams (acting as PCRU of the AER AME client base);
- Appropriate management of these transactions until their full repayment with Middle and Back-Offices, RISQ, Legal and Coverage teams in particular;
- Active cooperation with the ABS team for market take outs
- Management of the team members: hiring, training, supervision, delegation and evaluation; and
- Prompt and transparent sharing with the entire AFI/AER team of relevant market information in order to (i) maximize the team commercial relevance and (ii) provide a 360-degree view of the market and actors to optimize our risk/reward profile.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. - - Knowledge of the various aircraft financing structures for airlines and aircraft leasing companies (mortgage loan, export credit financing, French tax lease, Japanese Operating Lease, recourse / non-recourse operating lease financing to leasing companies, aircraft portfolio financing, public market financing (EETC, ABS, etc.)).
- Innovation skills to develop new financing structures to meet clients' expectations (Client & Result Orientation) while ensuring a satisfactory risk/reward profile at origination and for the whole life of the transaction (Risk Management).
- Knowledge of the internal rules, guidelines and process applicable to the AER activities.
