Job Description:
Looking for a Firmware Test Engineer that will be responsible for developing test cases based on system feature requirements. This resource will be executing Software Test Cases on vehicle and bench set-ups. The engineer will review feature requirements and provide feedback on testability. The candidate will be analyzing test data and evaluating the results. The engineer will be troubleshooting system issues (e.g. power, harness, set-up, etc) and bugs. The engineer will develop/modify testing scripts (in Python) per test requirements

JD:
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related field
- Automotive industry experience
- 5-10+ years of embedded systems testing experience
- Black or grey box testing at either module or system level
- Experience creating and owning test cases, test plans, test execution, root-cause analysis
- Testing experience in CAN communication, system, or bench level testing
Plusses
- Experience in Python programming language
- Ability to develop/modify the testing scripts as per test requirements
- Network/Connectivity experience (Ethernet, wifi, Bluetooth, Cellular, FM Radio)
