Fleet Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the largest commercial fleet programs in the U.S.! Our mission is to provide all eligible Siemens employees with an energy-efficient vehicle that enables them to market, sell and service Siemens' products in a transforming technology marketplace. We manage strategic initiatives to keep our drivers safe and productive, while reducing costs and improving existing processes.

The Fleet team provides Siemens divisions with expertise in the fleet industry, consolidates Siemens purchasing leverage, and has a relentless focus on sustainability, safety, quality and compliance.

As part of Siemens Corporation Supply Chain Management, our Mobility Services Fleet team currently manages 10,000+ assets ranging from cars, trucks and cargo vans to bucket trucks and tractor trailers.

In this role you will work remote from a home office.

  • As a Siemens Fleet Program Manager, you will:
  • Assist the transition to electric vehicles, including vehicle procurement, charging solutions, and driver education programs
  • Facilitate the rollout and optimization of telematics systems to improve fleet safety and efficiency
  • Build and execute continuous improvement initiatives while integrating new technologies
  • Utilize digitalization to streamline operational servicing and processes
  • Plan, organize and analyze data to build recommendations


You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Project Management, Fleet Management, or 5+ years of related experience in large-scale corporate fleet programs
  • Robust understanding of commercial contracting and supplier management
  • General proficiency in complex fleet operations
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and big data analytics
  • Advanced leadership and teamwork/collaboration skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels
  • Up to 10% domestic travel
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Fleet operational management & telematics experience
  • Effective at managing others without direct authority

The pay range for this position is $89,670-$153,720. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
