• Days (7a-7p, rotating weekends).

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Float Pool (Med-Surg) Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a premier 288-bed acute-care hospital in Tallahassee, FL. Our facility offers comprehensive services, including 24/7 Emergency Services and specialized centers such as Behavioral Health, Cancer, and Heart & Vascular. Role Overview:
As a Float Pool (Med-Surg) RN, you will:

• Deliver high-quality patient care across multiple Med-Surg units.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs are met.
• Conduct nursing assessments, diagnose patient conditions, and implement care plans.
• Focus on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute Med-Surg experience (within the last 1-2 years).
• Licensure: Active RN license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure before starting.
• Certifications:
  
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire).
• Education: BSN preferred.

Compensation:

• Flat Rate: $40/hour.
• Shift Differentials: 3/hourfornights,3/hourfornights,2/hour for weekends.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis, not guaranteed).
