At MSHS Pacific Power Group, we keep the world moving-from marine vessels and military fleets to backup power systems that fuel essential infrastructure. We're seeking a skilled and driven Workshop Manager to lead our Fort Lauderdale operations. As FL Workshop Manager, you'll manage shop and field service operations, oversee technical teams, and ensure outstanding project execution and customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in operational planning, team development, and continuous improvement.

- Perks: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus | Relocation Support

- Leadership: 4 direct reports

What You'll Do:
As FL Workshop Manager, you'll manage shop and field service operations, oversee technical teams, and ensure outstanding project execution and customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in operational planning, team development, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate work across the shop and field teams (4 direct reports)
- Lead and support team performance, hiring, training, and development
- Implement and promote continuous improvement practices, focusing on 5S, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage technical projects, maintenance, and repairs
- Develop and oversee work plans, budgets, bids, and customer contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Collaborate with leadership to improve procedures and resolve issues
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality service delivery
- Travel up to 10% to support regional operations and projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field-preferred
- 10+ years of related experience in workshop or technical service environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Skilled in planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change
- Proficiency with standard software tools and ERP systems
