Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions about product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in food science.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of research and development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food science or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Master's degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Experience working with juices, coffees, and teas.
- Familiarity with sensory evaluation techniques.
