Our Opportunity!

Join the dynamic PepsiCo Foodservice team, where we bring our iconic portfolio of brands to life in out-of-home consumption channels. We're hiring a Foodservice Sales Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team of Market Development Managers, driving strategic growth and execution across our foodservice business in our WA, UT, OR, MT, ID and WY markets. In this role, you'll shape sales strategy, coach and develop your team, and build strong relationships with key customer leaders.

This person must sit in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Market Development Managers (MDMs) and Operator Territory Managers (OTMs) to deliver results and grow market capabilities.
  • Manage a $80MM+ foodservice territory across multiple lines of business, including Workplace, Restaurants, Recreation & Retail, and Cash & Carry channels.
  • Oversee relationships and performance with the region's top 40 broadline and specialty foodservice distributors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive volume, grow share, and activate key initiatives.
  • Build and own senior-level customer relationships, representing PepsiCo in strategic sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Identify and activate innovation, platforms, and portfolio opportunities that create customer and consumer value.
  • Develop and lead cost plans, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across controllable spend areas.
  • Deliver on people development goals through coaching, performance evaluations, and capability-building programs.
  • Approximately 40-60% travel required.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience required
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills required
  • Sales and People management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
