Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Force Development and Management Analyst in Tampa, Florida. This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and Responsibilities * Provide force development support
* Provide assessment and analysis support, including recommendations
* Attend and support meetings and reviews
* Prepare briefs, presentations, papers, and other documents using the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)Required Qualifications and Experience * Bachelors degree from an accreditedacademic institution
* Five years total experience in the U.S. miliary, government civilian, or contractor environment
* Five years of experience developing and presenting verbal and written products
* Five years of experience using Microsoft Office products (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel)
