Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing and insurance rates for customers.
- Present financing options and products to customers, explaining the benefits and terms in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers in completing finance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with sales staff to identify and maximize profit opportunities through the sale of finance and insurance products.
- Work closely with customers to address any concerns or questions related to financing and insurance, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle service contracts.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to finance and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in dealership finance and insurance software systems.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
