We are seeking a talented attorney to join our team in the foreclosure department. Our firm represents Community Associations and we are dedicated to creating a team-oriented environment that prioritizes making our office the best place to work. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of plaintiff's foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify) who is looking for growth and stability.

Responsibilities
Draft documents related to plaintiff's foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures)
Compose Lis pendens documents
Prepare summons and complaints
Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
Write correspondence regarding assigned files
Make court appearances
Facilitate client communication
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage foreclosures
Must be admitted in the State of New York
