Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC). The individual will assist in defining Satellite Communications (SATCOM) characteristics and performance to include frequency bands and satellite monitoring and geolocation capabilities such as signal types, formatting, and modulation standards; satellite beam footprints; and Equivalent Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP), dish sizes, and typical ground infrastructure. Job Duties * All-source analysis of publicly available information, INTELINK data, message traffic, GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and use of 1st Intelligence Analysis Squadron (IAS) analytic tools and NSIC production tools
* Present this analysis in the form of written reports Required Skills and Qualifications * Active TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's Degree in STEM field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field)
* Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms
* Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Desired Skills and Qualifications * Engineering and signals analysis expertise
* Familiarity with Highpoint, Savant Docs, JADE/Space Body of Knowledge (SpaBoK) 2.0
* Experience supporting US Government Scientific & Technical Intelligence Centers EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled
