The Role: What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Build and optimize AI-driven patient-facing systems using LLMs, STT, TTS, and RAG.
• Enhance AI safety and observability, ensuring the reliability of our models in healthcare settings.
• Contribute to major product decisions and help scale our AI infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Work in-person in NYC (or relocate within 3 months) to collaborate with a top-tier engineering team.

Who You Are:

• 3-6 years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications.
• Deep JavaScript/TypeScript expertise with hands-on experience in React, Node.js, and Supabase/PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, VC-backed startups or elite engineering teams (FAANG, top fintech/healthtech startups).
• Experience or passion for generative AI, voice technology, and healthcare automation.
• A product-minded engineer who cares about UX/UI and building intuitive user experiences.
• A problem solver who takes ownership and drives solutions autonomously.
• Already based in NYC or willing to relocate within 3 months.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $140K - $180K
• Equity: 0.5% - 1.5% (early-stage upside)
