About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

As a FP&A Analyst, you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial risks and opportunities to management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling is essential to this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to management
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting
  • Review revenue / expense data and identify cost savings strategies
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry
  • Experience with ERP Systems (JD Edwards), Hyperion and other financial systems
  • CPA or CFA certification
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Datarails
