Compensation: $80,000-$110,000

The FP&A Analyst will be an integral member of the Kith Finance team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This critical thinker will be on a team responsible for results and achievement of financial goals for the company, across all business units.

One of the main focuses will be to partner with departments across the company as the FP&A team transforms reporting and budgeting processes while challenging the status quo through data driven insights. This position has ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and month end results delivering actionable insights to drive business performance across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting
Develop and manage financial plans and budgets, including long-term strategic plans and annual operating budgets.
Create financial models to forecast future performance, analyze trends, and assess potential risks and opportunities.
Lead creating, updating and submitting of forecast and budgeting templates while working with P&L owners to understand their submissions and challenge assumptions with data.
Assist in developing the company's annual budget at a business unit level.
Assist with the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process to identify trends and variance to budgeted performance.
Prepare monthly/quarterly Business Performance Review and KPI decks for financial results through a storytelling lens.
Assess accuracy and predictability of existing financial models.
Business & Strategic Analysis
Monitor new business developments across the portfolio and consider the impact of those developments into our models.
Assist in identifying opportunities to drive cost efficiencies by partnering with operational business partners.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.
Identify areas of process inefficiencies and develop streamlined solutions.
Support long range planning with the CFO.
Work on ad hoc financial projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required
FP&A monthly forecast and annual budgeting experience required
Retail experience required
Experience with a global organization strong preferred
Proficiency in building and using financial models to forecast future performance.

SKILLS:
Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
Expertise in financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
Ability to successfully collaborate cross-functionally
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to go deep into the details, then compile key information for business stakeholders
Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Recognize areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement
