The FP&A and Finance Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis processes, financial operations, and reporting requirements of the organization. The position requires a proactive and strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can partner with various departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes - translate company strategy into operational budgets and ensure that the company's financial resources are used to drive the strategy
- Develop financial models and projections of Toloka's business, track, and report financial & business metrics to the executive team and build an automated management reporting
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance to senior leadership (Monthly performance reviews, other regular Business Reviews, Board Meetings)
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to anticipate short- and long-term cash needs
- Review and analyze the balance sheet, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are addressed promptly
- Develop long-term financial model to support business decision-making for revenue generation, cost savings, and investment opportunities
- Effectively partner cross-functionally across the organization to share financial insights and updates on goals / metrics on a regular basis, and contribute to financial strategy
Financial Operations
- Manage and develop Finance Operations team: oversee daily financial operations, including correct expense analytics, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with IT and operations teams to implement and optimize finance and accounting software systems
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency across all finance operations
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of track record in finance roles with 2+ years in FP&A
- Deep expertise in FP&A, accounting, and business operations
- Advance financial modelling skills with hands-on experience designing complex models
- Experience in building or optimizing existing financial BI Analytics
- Project management experience, team management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and to drive quick decisions
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL
- Fluent or native English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance - or equivalent advanced degree
- Big4 experience, ACMA/ FCMA/FCCA
