THE ROLE YOU`LL PLAY:
- Serves as a financial liaison across sales, supply chain, and manufacturing-ensuring data-driven decisions align with business goals.
- Drives fiscal discipline by managing comprehensive budgeting and forecasting for the entire U.S. operation.
- Enhances profitability through deep analysis of gross margins, product costs, and cash flow improvements.
- Ensures financial integrity and compliance with global tax policies, especially in transfer pricing across entities.
- Supports strategic agility by tracking KPIs and performance metrics to guide leadership across the Americas region.
BACKGROUND NEEDED:
- Proven experience in FP&A with exposure to full P&L management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain-heavy environment.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling-especially with sales and product planning.
- Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance in plant or warehouse settings.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including global tax and audit groups.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools, along with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
