Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Partner with business units to gather data, understand drivers, and support strategic decision-making
- Analyze actual financial performance versus budget and forecast, identifying key variances and trends
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or fast-growing startup environments
- Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
