POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be a key team member in helping design, develop, and mature our online web experiences and Digital Marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for taking designs, strategies, and concepts and turning them into functional interactive web experiences and marketing campaigns for our games and services. This position will work closely with a cross functional team of designers, engineers, marketing, and brand managers. This role will focus on optimizing and innovating both existing and new technologies for experiences that make our websites easy to use and impactful.

Salary Exp: $100,515 - $156,897
Actual base salary will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, but not limited to, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Code the client side programming and support for new and existing web and online platform interfaces (primarily using Angular)
- Optimize performance of client-side code, taking into account issues of page weight, complexity, SEO, network, user perception, and QA testing
- Develop, maintain, and launch high quality web experiences and infrastructure that support our digital marketing strategies and game launches
- Experience with building models and taxonomies in CMS tools such as Hygraph
- Occasionally be available to launch content during weekends or early/late hours of the day to support our global publishing calendar
- Develop and support UX development and assist with online features such as registration, user profile, payment channels, and general web site features
- Define, maintain, implement, and enforce best practices, code standards, reusable mark-ups, and CSS style guides
- Utilize analytics and data to continually optimize development and experiences
- Work with PM, QA, and a back end engineer to manage staging, testing, and production workflow
- Work with UI/UX team to recreate Creative comps accurately from Figma
- Effectively present creative ideas and designs to cross functional teams
- Manage own front end development workload and queue within JIRA
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of experience with HTML, HTML5 and CSS3
- 3 years of online and or heavy web UX development experience
- 1-2 years experience with CMS tools, preferably Hygraph
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript libraries, particularly Node JS and Angular
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile first
- Experience with design systems and reusable components
- Experience developing rapid prototypes of potential new features and interfaces
- Experience with integrating front end with server side technologies
- User centered focus development mind set and discipline
- Familiarity with supporting tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Microsoft products
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science
- Or equivalent professional experience
