Frontend Developer - E-Commerce

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly web applications with a focus on performance and usability. You will collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement innovative solutions that enhance our customers' online experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React, Next.js
• Integrate APIs and web services to deliver seamless functionality and user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional applications.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
• Implement version control practices using GIT to manage code changes and collaboration effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• 4+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of React - Next.js ideally
• Experience with API integrations
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce (Shopify is more preferred, Hydrogen API)
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and testing/debugging techniques.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly GIT.
