We are looking for a/an FS Rotating Supervisor to join our Services_AME team in United States .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Determine customer safety requirements and verify compliance throughout the project.
- Maintain accurate and professional daily reports and time sheets. Manage all aspects of a field project with limited supervision
- Develop and nurture a close relationship with plant personnel to ensure Sulzer is first choice for service.
- Prepare detailed parts lists before, during, and after an outage and coordinate with the home office, the ordering of parts.
- Develop schedules for planned outages such as CI, HGP and Major. Respond to unplanned outages
- Develop and maintain tools and procedures implemented within the Field Service Division
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Valid State Issued Drivers License
- Extensive work experience on rotating equipment from various equipment manufacturers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability learn technical and design aspects for Rotating Equipment service and repairs
- Broad knowledge of GE frame gas turbines models 7EA and 7FA in addition to GE Legacy gas turbines. Extensive knowledge of GE and Siemens steam turbines
- Widespread knowledge of process equipment from many different original equipment manufacturers
