Overview

ExecTech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET & React) to develop and enhance mission-critical applications for a federal client. This role requires expertise in .NET, C#, React, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure to design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to frontend and backend development, API integrations, database optimization, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile development environment and have experience delivering high-impact software solutions for government or enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, React, and TypeScript.
  • Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend logic using ASP.NET Web API.
  • Develop reusable and scalable React components using modern JavaScript frameworks.

Database & Backend Development
  • Work with SQL Server, design relational databases, optimize queries, and create stored procedures.
  • Develop Entity Framework-based ORM solutions and optimize database interactions for performance.

Frontend Development
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance React applications with TypeScript.
  • Integrate UI components with backend services using React Hooks, Redux, and state management.

Cloud & DevOps
  • Work with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based deployments, Azure Functions, and cloud storage.
  • Assist with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and containerization technologies like Docker.

Security & Compliance
  • Ensure applications meet federal security standards, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 compliance.
  • Implement OAuth, OpenID Connect, and role-based access control (RBAC) for application security.

Agile Development & Collaboration
  • Participate in Agile Scrum teams, contribute to sprint planning, and collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and DevOps engineers.
  • Write technical documentation, system designs, and API specifications.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development with C#, ASP.NET Core, and React.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining React applications with TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in SQL Server database design, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
  • Knowledge of authentication and security best practices for web applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug, optimize, and refactor complex applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an Agile development environment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing applications for federal agencies or highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Experience with federal cybersecurity policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Background in migrating legacy .NET applications to modern React & cloud-based solutions.
