Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Lead to take on a hands-on leadership role in a DevOps and Production Support engagement.
This position involves leading development activities, contributing to architecture and design, deploying CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in full-stack development, DevOps, and production support, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the hands-on lead for DevOps and production support initiatives.
- Work directly with customers for development and support activities.
- Collaborate with dependent systems' owners for impact analysis.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for seamless execution.
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions.
- Work on user stories and provide rotational on-call support.
- Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Take ownership of issues and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the following:
- Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and Stored Procedures
- Front-end technologies such as Angular, ReactJS, or similar Java-based frameworks
- Microservices development, coding, and deployment
- CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins), version control systems (e.g., TFS, Git)
- Prior experience leading a DevOps team.
- Proficiency in OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills with a customer-centric mindset.
