Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet client standards and user needs.
- Ensure code maintainability, testability, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, especially in coordination with offshore teams.
- Understand business logic and user impacts for features under development.
- Create clear and technically sound software design documents.
- Apply Agile and DevOps practices to deliver efficient and timely releases.
- Support and improve current systems through ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
5-6 years of relevant software development experience
Strong proficiency in:
- C# and .NET Core
- RESTful API development
- SQL (design and query optimization)
- React.js and front-end development
- Familiarity with both public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent understanding of application architecture, feature impact, and end-to-end flows
- Experience working with offshore development teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
- Background in designing scalable cloud-native applications
Certifications:
