Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate complex user requests, clarify objectives, and communicate solutions effectively.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing applications.
- Lead projects of moderate complexity and scope.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
- Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance applications.
- Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs) using emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with best coding practices and industry standards.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including code reviews and sprints.
- Identify and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 6-10+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in full-stack application development, RESTful APIs, relational and document-based databases, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET (7+ years).
- Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, Aerospike (NoSQL), Splunk, JSON/XML, PCF (Cloud), caching, performance analysis, profiling, Twelve-Factor App methodology, resiliency patterns, observability patterns, and Agile practices.
- Ability to lead technical teams and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
