THE ROLE

TheFull Stack Support Developer will provide tier three technical expertise,assistance and project coordination necessary to modify and repair technicalissues and resolve technical problems for TEMENOS' customers. This role willwork closely with other members of the Customer Care and Technical Supportteams in order to provide swift, efficient and consistent resolutions forcustomers.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • You will work on a focused team of highly capable engineers, and designers using Agile engineering practices, modern continuous delivery capabilities, and product analytics.
  • You will dive deep into technical, and business-related fin-tech domain areas while tackling distributed systems at scale and consumer grade user interfaces.
  • You will collaborate with other engineering leaders, UX designers, and product managers to build on each other's ideas to craft effective solutions, and breakdown business problems into actionable work items.
  • You will have a strong sense of code ownership through development and deploy cycles with autonomy to continuously improve features.
  • You will mentor other Technical Support consultants in those developmental disciplines that are specific to Temenos in conjunction with Team Leads and Technical Support Manager.
  • You will recommend changes in software to improve user functionality and eliminate problems.
  • You will assist in implementations as needed.
  • You will be responsible to run queries, debug and troubleshoot as needed.
  • You will perform software installations and upgrades.
  • You will be responsible to ensure that the customer receives an adequate level of service with each concern or request.
  • You will provide customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its customers.
  • You will participate in24/7 support roster.


SKILLS

  • You should have relevant experience supporting Web Applications.
  • You should have relevant experience on C# with working OO and pattern knowledge.
  • You should have JavaScript experience working on SPA based applications jQuery.
  • You should have experience with REST services design and development required (.Net, C#, VB.net, SQL server, ADO, MVC, WCF, LINQ, WEB API, JavaScript, jQuery, BootStrap.
  • You should have experience with code quality automation through unit tests, api tests, and integration tests.
  • You should have problemsolving and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and technical skills.
