The hiring salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. This hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teaching
Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to educating students both inside and outside the classroom. The position potentially incorporates teaching in each of the department's academic programs: Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, and B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology. Successful candidates will be expected to mentor student research and engage in experiential and service-learning activities. The Molloy CSD department is committed to integrating theory and practice, thus involvement in clinical work at the Molloy University Speech, Language and Hearing Center is preferred. - Scholarship
A commitment to scholarship through research, publications, and presentations at professional conferences is required. Successful candidates will have an earned Ph.D. or Ed.D. and be engaged in ongoing research and development of an active research program. Experience in obtaining extramural funding, or the potential for procuring such funding is preferred, as is experience mentoring student research. - Service
Experiential and service-learning activities play an integral role in the education of Molloy Communication Sciences and Disorders students. Faculty are expected to participate and mentor students in such experiences. Academic advisement, collaboration and attendance at departmental activities and willingness to serve on university-wide committees is required. - Additional Responsibilities
The department takes pride in its holistic approach to educating future clinicians and lifelong learners, as well as the relationships we maintain with our current students and alumni. Successful candidates will be expected to engage collaboratively in the department's service and inter-professional learning activities. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining academic integrity and engaging in regular weekly office hours as outlined in the most recent Molloy University Faculty Handbook.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful candidates must possess an earned Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Eligibility for New York State Speech-Language Pathology Licensure preferred
- Clinical and/or research experience in the area(s) of voice and/or fluency preferred
