What You'll Do:
Fund Accounting & Reporting: Oversee the calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV), processing of capital calls and distributions, and the review of investor reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolving escalated issues and ensuring exceptional service.
Quality Control & Process Oversight: Lead and set priorities for teams reviewing the completeness and accuracy of NAV construction and financial reporting.
Team Leadership & Guidance: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to ensure adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve complex accounting issues escalated by team members in a timely and efficient manner.
Strategic Contributions: Support initiatives to enhance fund accounting processes and contribute to team and organizational objectives.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in fund accounting, private equity, or related fields.
Geneva and Investran experience preferred.
Strong understanding of NAV calculations, capital transactions, and investor reporting.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve complex accounting issues.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
