We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Game Producer to join our dynamic team focused on developing innovative, engaging mini-games for our connected TV platform. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of mini-game projects, from initial concept through launch and ongoing live operations. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, third-party developers, and external vendors, you will ensure each project meets our high-quality standards, excites and delights users effectively, and leverages innovative technologies, including generative AI, to enhance gameplay experiences.

Salary Range Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York, NY is expected to be between $140,000 and $175,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Function as the creative owner of the game projects, ensuring that each game is fun, exciting, and enjoyable for our users.
- Lead the end-to-end development process for mini-games, from conception and scoping to execution, release, and live operations.
- Review and evaluate game pitches from external developers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to greenlight projects that align with strategic goals.
- Define project scope clearly and produce detailed project requirement documents.
- Manage and coordinate with third-party development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Track project progress, proactively manage timelines, and ensure that milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
- Identify, communicate, and manage potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth project progression.
- Regularly report project status to internal stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project health and progress.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, collect feedback systematically, and integrate feedback effectively into ongoing game development.
- Coordinate with external vendors to procure and deliver necessary assets to development teams efficiently.
- Oversee the successful delivery and launch of games, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage post-launch game enhancements to continually optimize performance, user engagement, and overall player experience.
- Leverage functional knowledge of generative AI technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improved development workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6 + years of professional experience leading creative projects in game development, particularly in developing small games or casual gaming experiences.
- Proven track record of bringing innovative, fun, and creative games to market.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally in collaboration with external development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively scope projects, manage resources, and produce comprehensive requirement documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project statuses, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in coordinating asset delivery with external vendors and ensuring seamless integration into development workflows.
- Deep understanding of the live operations model, including analytics-driven game enhancement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their practical applications in the game development process.
- Passion for creating high-quality, engaging game experiences tailored for connected TV platforms.
