We are in search for a highly skilled and experienced Game QA Manager at our brand new Charleston office. As a Game QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for our computer games. This will involve managing a team of QA testers, developing test plans and strategies, conducting comprehensive bug tracking and reporting, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality games. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers and designers, to identify and address any quality issues.

We are in search for a highly skilled and experienced Game QA Manager at our brand new Charleston office. As a Game QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for our computer games. This will involve managing a team of QA testers, developing test plans and strategies, conducting comprehensive bug tracking and reporting, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality games. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers and designers, to identify and address any quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of QA testers, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Develop and implement effective test plans, strategies, and methodologies
- Conduct functional, compatibility, and performance testing for computer games
- Identify and prioritize bugs and issues, and communicate them to the relevant teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality games
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for QA processes
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Game QA Manager or Lead
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking and reporting systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality games
- Familiarity with computer game development processes and technologies
