JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are seeking experienced GenAI Consultants with a strong background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks, coupled with domain-specific experience in one or more of the following industries:
  • life sciences
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • healthcare services
  • Financials
• This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team on cutting-edge AI solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• I Strategy & Implementation: Design and implement Generative AI-driven solutions for clients in life sciences, healthcare, and financial services.
• Model Development & Fine-Tuning: Work with large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI frameworks to develop industry-specific applications.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize domain expertise to structure and analyze datasets relevant to healthcare, finance, and life sciences.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure AI solutions adhere to compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and financial regulations.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide AI-driven solutions.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on the latest AI trends and innovations within the targeted industries.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong AI/ML Expertise: Proven experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, LlamaIndex).
• Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following sectors: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services.
• Programming & Development: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with compliance requirements in healthcare and financial domains.
• Problem-Solving Skills: bility to analyze business problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Communication & Consulting Skills: Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and present AI-based solutions effectively.
• Prior experience as a consultant in AI/ML projects.
