Our team includes 14 anesthesiologists and over 50 CRNAs, ensuring a close-knit and supportive work environment. As part of this team, you will supervise CRNAs and deliver high-quality anesthesia care while fostering strong relationships with colleagues. Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $500K annually as a 1099 contractor.
- Work Schedule:
- 1:6 call schedule with a 30-minute response time.
- Call day starts at 1 p.m., with post-call day off.
- Enjoy 11 weeks off per year.
- Case Types:
- Level II Trauma center - No transplant or cardiac cases.
- Only healthy pediatric cases.
- OB department averages 65 deliveries per year.
- CRNAs handle in-house night duties and epidurals.
- The majority of trauma, complex pediatric, and OB cases are handled by nearby Level I Trauma and Women's & Children's hospitals.
- Focus on Quality Care: You'll only be staffing one hospital, allowing you to concentrate on fostering a collaborative, high-functioning team environment with CRNAs.
