As a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position holds the pivotal responsibility of delivering not only legal guidance but also strategic direction. It involves fostering collaborative relationships across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and proactively mitigating legal risks to uphold the integrity and success of the enterprise.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in related field.
- Juris Doctor degree REQUIRED.
- Admission to the Nevada Bar REQUIRED.
- Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in Nevada and meet and maintain licensing requirements, including mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements where applicable.
