Description:

Richmond Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and friendly Associate Dentist to join our busy practice in Richmond, VT part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. The ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their kills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years working experience.

About Our Practice
  • In business over 20 years
  • Great, solid, and supportive team
  • 80% FFS, 20% PPO
  • 1 Dr., 3 hygienists, 5 total chairs
  • Average 30 new patients per month
  • Schedule: Mondays 10am-6pm

Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2-4 years of clinical experience
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
  • GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
