General Dentist - Privately Owned Practice - Enumclaw, WA

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist with at least one year of experience to join our thriving, privately owned dental practice located in Enumclaw, WA-just 45 minutes outside of Seattle. Our busy, well-established PPO/FFS practice serves a wide variety of patients, ranging from pediatric to geriatric care, and is currently booked out into June for both restorative and new patient appointments.

About the Practice:

• 7 fully equipped operatories
• 4 full-time hygienists
• CBCT, implant equipment, endodontic equipment
• Oral sedation available (open to supporting IV sedation certification if interested)
• iTero & Trios scanners
• Pearl AI technology
• $3M net production with one doctor and 4 hygienists
• Patient mix: Wide range, no heavy focus on cosmetic dentistry currently (opportunity to expand)

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-residency or equivalent
• Comfortable providing comprehensive care for all ages (pediatric to geriatric)
• Interest in advanced procedures such as implants, endo, sedation dentistry
• Thrives in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
• Positive, adaptable, and enjoys having fun while delivering excellent care

Compensation & Benefits:

• W-2 position
• 30% of adjusted production (No lab fees)
