This position offers a flexible, remote working arrangement for an attorney in Kansas City, MO.

The Position

Wilson ElsersSt. Louisoffice is currently seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of litigators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required
• Admitted to practice in MO
• 2+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation, general liability, products liability, and employment and labor law.
• Experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery and depositions preferred
• Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
• Superior written and oral communication skills
