The General Manager plays a strategic role with regards to business expansion and growth. This role partners closely with the COO to optimize leadership outputs for the business across all lines of business. They partner closely with Regional Leaders with regards to budgeting and finances as they are accountable for the financial success for all departments of their assigned locations.

What You'll Do:
The General Manager plays a strategic role with regards to business expansion and growth. This role partners closely with the COO to optimize leadership outputs for the business across all lines of business. They partner closely with Regional Leaders with regards to budgeting and finances as they are accountable for the financial success for all departments of their assigned locations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to enhance their overall experience, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with factory and OEM partners to align business strategies, optimize supply chain efficiency, and stay ahead of industry trends
- Direct Budget financial responsibility
- Establish new facilities by collaborating with Executive Leaders on market research to determine the best locations for new facilities. Work with local real estate agents to secure property that matches the company's needs. Prepare new locations to be ready for operations including shop and yard set up. Manage any necessary construction. Ensure compliance with required permits.
- Keep Executive Leaders informed on financials by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Collaborate with Executive Leaders to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Collaborate with all departments and divisions of the company as needed to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Assist as needed to promote the addition of new business and retention of existing customers.
- Maintain constant focus on defining, measuring, and improving the customer experience (Full cycle, end-to-end). Customer experience includes both external and internal customers (Ex: Parts, Body Shop, etc.)
- Fully engage in annual Business Plan process, developing stretch targets; partner with Regional Managers on how to manage results.
- Understand and manage the impact of business activities on working capital.
- May work on Special Projects as assigned by COO or Executive Leadership
