Sodexo is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager 3 - Food Services to oversee food operations at this 220-bed acute care facility located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team consisting of 35 frontline employees, 1 Sodexo Sous Chef, and 2 Sodexo Managers
  • Oversee food operations including:
    • Patient Services - three meals a day
    • Retail Dining - $47K monthly volume
    • Catering Services - coffee, tea service, and special occasion events
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through frequent client interaction and strategic planning
  • Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure efficient operational execution
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards and Sodexo policies
  • Serve as a key leader fostering communication, collaboration, and employee engagement

  • Strong background in healthcare food service management
  • Experience with retail dining operations and financial management
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams (union & non-union)
  • Experience in patient services and understanding of clinical collaboration
