- Tackle resident concerns, complaints, and issues swiftly, ensuring top-tier satisfaction and creating a vibrant, harmonious living environment!
- Partner with the Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention, keeping communication open and building lasting relationships that foster a true sense of community.
- Curate and host exclusive resident events and dynamic lifestyle programs, cultivating a tight-knit community and a unique sense of belonging!
You are the Financial Specialist!
- Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and community income flow, ensuring the financial health and stability of the community.
- Maximize net operating income (NOI) while ensuring a positive resident and associate experience, achieving both financial success and resident satisfaction!
- Maintain precise financial records and uphold top-tier integrity with strict accounting standards!
- Analyze financial data, spot trends, and make smart recommendations to boost performance and efficiency!

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years of experience).
- Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and technology (property management systems, etc.).
- CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
