Title: General Manager of BigWraps

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Reports to: CEO

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achieve Big Wraps Division revenue and profitability targets.
Achieve Big Wraps key metrics targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and deliver the Big Wraps divisional budget including revenue and profitability.
Create and implement a strategic growth plan for the Big Wraps Division.
Provide timely reporting to senior management to show progress to assignments and business/strategic

plans.
Oversee Project Management teams for all BigWraps initiatives, including pricing, job estimating,

subcontractor resources, job costing, and profitability of all jobs.
Oversee Installation team of employees and subcontract network, ensuring best mix to lower overall

installation costs.
Oversee new revenue generation and growth of revenue from existing customers.
Ensure sales, project management and installation collaborate to meet growth objectives.
Ensure estimating tools are used and minimum margins are achieved.
Ensure measurement of KPI's including On Time Installation (OTI), Done Right First Time (DRFT) and other

agreed upon operational metrics.
Collaborate with Finance and IT departments to develop and ensure proper input and review of data by

PM's and installers into BRIX and NetSuite on a continuous consistent basis.
Promote a safe working environment.
Ensure Boston Retail Solutions HR, IT and Accounting procedures are implemented and followed.
Cultivate a culture focused on customer satisfaction.
Instill an environment of continuous improvement.
Support the sales strategy by working directly with the sales team on initiatives.
Ensure compliance to regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO ETC).
Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and

applicable laws.
Ensure timely performance reviews given and direct staff to provide employees with ongoing feedback on

job performance.
Make certain employees are trained and aware of their job responsibilities and are provided with their

job descriptions.
Integrate potential acquisitions into the BigWraps Division.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
An undergraduate degree in business or engineering is required and an MBA or other advanced degrees

will be viewed as advantageous.
A minimum 10 years leadership experience in organizations that service and sell into retail and

commercial markets preferably through B2B channels.
Experience in retail, graphics, installation, printing, trade shows or property development is a plus
