We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team at our new location in Kissimmee, FL (4). In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our business, including daily operations, financial management, team supervision, and guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall business performance and achieve revenue targets
• Manage daily operations to ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction
• Accurately reconcile financials for the facility and prepare regular reports
• Recruit, train, supervise, and coach associates to ensure exceptional customer service
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance to prevent downtime and improve efficiency
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to optimize productivity
• Set objectives and communicate them to associates to ensure that performance expectations are met
• Manage the facility and supplies to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
• Handle and resolve guest issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead marketing initiatives to drive revenue and promote the brand
• Keep accurate records of all business activities to ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience in the service industry
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and passing a background check
• A friendly and upbeat personality
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests, associates, and vendors
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Basic computer skills to use industry-leading technology and software
• A neat appearance and a keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge to maintain equipment and prevent downtime
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities
