Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake - 11851 is adding a General Manager to our team! As the General Manger, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the franchise. You'll hire, train, and develop the franchise employees, impacting their future as much as yours, while ensuring our customers and clients receive the highest quality of work and excited to refer us to others!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with department managers to create an annual business plan with goals
- Oversee the management of the Sales, Marketing, Production, Construction Services, and Office Departments
- Own full P&L responsibility and the oversight of Key Performance Metrics (KPM's) in achieving organizational revenue and profitability goals
- Continue professional and personal development of leadership, management, and teambuilding, skills
- Network and build relationships with key accounts and centers of influence (COIs) to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with division managers to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Assist division managers with planning for and meeting staffing needs
- Assist division mangers with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees
- Coach and mentor division managers
- Confirm with the Human Resources that current human resources documentation requirements are met
- Develop annual company budget
- Oversee all aspects of assets and fleet management
- Confirm with the accounting clerk that the monthly/quarterly financial statements are shared with the CPA of record
- Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local regulations
- Report to and update the franchise owners, as needed, or required
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by employer
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred
- 5+ years of management experience
- At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
- IICRC certifications - WRT and ASD, Master designation a plus
- Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
- Strong process and results driven attitude
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
